Step #2 – Provide ID and Proof of Residence
Submit ID and Proof of Residence to FXCM via email to [email protected] or fax to +1 212 897 7669 (Attn: New Accounts)
FXCM requires a copy of the following documentation from each named account holder. We advise that you upload and submit these documents via the online application or submit them to FXCM within 24 hours of the application submission via email to [email protected] or fax to +1 212 897 7669 (Attn: New Accounts)
· Government Issued Identification (ID) Card
A photocopy of one form of non-expired, government issued photo ID.
Your identification must clearly indicate your date of birth. Valid examples include: passport, driver’s license, non-driver’s ID
· Proof of Residence
A proof of residence showing your name and home address, as indicated on your application, dated within six months.
Please note that FXCM is unable to accept any statement or bill that has not been received in its entirety. Information such as the billing name and address must be visible, as well as the company that has issued the bill. Confidential information, such as an account number(s), may be removed at your own discretion. Valid examples include: electric bill, telephone bill, mortgage statement, bank account statement, credit card statement, lease agreement.
STEP #3 – Submit BK Money Management Packet
Email or Fax BK Money Management Packet to [email protected] or fax to +1 212 897 7669 (Attn: New Accounts)
Please submit a signed copy of the BK Money Management Packet which includes Signed Disclosures, Limited Power of Attorney and Client Agreement that allows the management of your account and the deduction of fees.
